Referoo automates the tedious task of reference checking a candidate. Initially launched to help recruitment agencies collect references, Referroo has expanded to also help internal HR teams in Australia, UK and USA.

Referoo was looking to expand its user base and make in-roads with key recruitment companies throughout Australia. By conducting research on the recruitment market in Australia, Soda identified LinkedIn as an ideal platform for an outbound marketing campaign. Through this campaign, Soda targeted recruitment professionals, connecting Referoo with key decision-makers in the most progressive recruitment companies in Australia.

The campaign resulted in increased signups for the service and higher engagement levels across the board.
